How do I return my item?

  • Enter your order number and email address/phone number in the fields above and click start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange.
  • Pack your item(s) securely to avoid damage in transit.
  • once the return request is approved you will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines.

 

What items are returnable?

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your shipment but your goods must be returned;

  • In its original packaging
  • In a full resaleable condition
  • The packaging is undamaged

  • Personalised or bespoke items
  • Perishable goods
  • Unsealed pet toiletries
  • Gift vouchers
  • Free gifts/promotional items

Are there any charges for returns?

  • You are responsible for the cost of the return postage.
  • Original postage costs are non-refundable.
  • In case of incorrect/faulty goods, please refer
  • to our returns policy.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied by the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
